Daphne Vélez-Cortés is a former school counselor with an M.Ed. in Counselor Education. She is a life coach who specializes in helping moms build authentic, meaningful life-long relationships with their kids, follow a balanced and healthy lifestyle, and live a life rich in purpose.

Originally from Puerto Rico, she now resides in Orlando, Florida with her two amazing boys and the sweetest husband in the world. She lives for playful summers, relaxing travel, Sunday morning runs, books that inspire, and anything with dark chocolate.
